LeBron Raymone James Sr. was born on December 30th in 1984. He is an American pro basketball player. He is known as King James he is widely thought to be one of the best players of all time and is often compared to Michael Jordan in debates over the greatest basketball player in history. James has the distinction of winning four NBA titles. There are four NBA MVPs. Four NBA Finals MVPs. Three All-Star MVPs. Two Olympic gold medals. James holds the record for the highest number of points scored in the postseason, second highest overall career score and 7th highest number of career assists. James is a member of 18 NBA All-Stars, 18 All NBA Teams and five NBA All-Defensive First Team selections. He was the third player to play in the NBA Finals. Eight of the games were in consecutive order from 2011 through 2018. James was selected to the NBA 75th Anniversary Team and became the NBA's first player to have scored 10,000+ points, rebounds, and assists throughout his career. He will be the first to do so in 2022. James was a basketball player for St. Vincent-St. Mary High School, which is located in his home town of Akron Ohio and was heavily touted by the national media as a potential NBA superstar. He was in the process of becoming a professional and was the first selection of the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Draft of 2003. As the NBA rookie player in 2004, he established himself rapidly as one of the best players in the league. winning the NBA MVP awards in the 2009 and 2010 seasons. James signed a free-agent contract in 2010, after he failed to earn championships in Cleveland. The decision to leave Cleveland in order to join Miami Heat, announced on The Decision, a popular television show The Decision, is considered among the most controversial free agent moves in sports history.
